Mr. Anderson joined The Hampshire Companies as Senior Investment Manager in late 2005.  In this role, Mr. Anderson provides oversight of the valuation and growth of the Fund’s assets, including the supervision of the Fund’s valuation and methodology and tracking of the Fund’s key performance indicators.  Prior to joining Hampshire, Mr. Anderson held the position of Senior Director at CB Richard Ellis Investors where he was responsible for operation for Strategic Partners investments in the East, Southeast and Southern regions of the United States. 

Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, he was an Asset Manager at Equity Office Properties Trust where he was responsible for over 2.3 million square feet of institutional real estate in downtown Los Angeles.  Mr. Anderson also held previous positions at Orix Real Estate Equities, Inc., Cushman & Wakefield, and Public Storage/Commercial Properties Group.  Mr. Anderson holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration, Management & Finance from the University of North Dakota.
