Mark S. Rosen, Principal

Transaction Manager

Mark Rosen has been with Hampshire for over 20 years and currently serves in the roles of Transaction Manager and Legal Specialist. In that capacity, he directs the acquisition and financing activities of the Hampshire family of funds.

Rosen's broad experience includes the negotiation of contracts, origination and placement of financing, acquisition due dis, origination and placement of financing, acquisition due diligence and facilitating dispositions. Rosen has a B.S. degree from SUNY- Binghamton, and a J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School.
