Huntsville, Ala. (October 13, 2009) – The Hampshire Companies, a fullâ€‘service, private real estate investment firm with equity in assets valued at over $2 billion, has announced the disposition of a 44,271-square-foot retail building located at 12796 Bailey Cove Road SE, Huntsville, Ala. The sale was made to Huntsvillepub, LLC.
Located on over six acres, the retail building is currently home to Publix, the largest and fastest-growing employee-owned supermarket chain in the United States. The building is strategically located at the intersection of Bailey Cove Road and Mountain Gap Road which makes it a convenient shopping location for several large residential subdivisions in the area.
