Underwriting & Due Diligence Manager

Don Engels is an Underwriting and Due Diligence Manager with experience in all phases of the real estate investment cycle. He has worked with William Scully overseeing the operation of Hampshire's Self Storage division and has experience in coordinating transactional due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions.

Engels is responsible for directing due diligence on acquisitionsels is responsible for directing due diligence on acquisitions for the Hampshire family of funds, as well as participating in Asset Management. Engels has a B.S. degree in Finance from Bentley College and an MBA from Hofstra University.
