Denise H. Novak

Chief Financial Officer

In February 2008, Denise Novak was promoted to Chief Financial Officer of The Hampshire Companies. Novak was formerly a Fund Controller for the Company's Institutional Funds and has over 15 years of professional accounting experience.

Novak earned a B.S. in Accounting from Ithaca College in 1992, and is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSCPA). Novak currently resides in Madison, N.J.
