Deborah Hanson Imperatore has been with The Hampshire Companies since 1983 and currently serves as the Treasurer and Chief Administrative Officer of The Hampshire Legacy Group. She is the Founder and President of Hanson-Imperatore Securities, inc., a broker dealer firm.

Deborah is also the Co-Founder and executive Director of The Paige Whitney Babies Center, a non-profit 501(C) (3) organization located in Basking Ridge, New Jersey, which is dedicated to helping disadvantaged babies and their families.

Deborah graduated from Dwight Englewood High School and holds a BA from Hope College Magna Cum Laude. She is married to Harold J. Imperatore, Principal and General Manager of The Hampshire Destination Properties and proprietor of The Bernards Inn. She has 5 children ranging in age from 13 to 20 years.
