Jon Hanson, Chairman and Founder of the Hampshire Real Estate Companies, is fully dedicated to the formation, operation and investment activities of the Hampshire family of funds during the investment period. He also serves as a Portfolio Manager within the Hampshire Legacy Group.

Hanson has over 45 years of real estate investment management experience and sits on the Boards of Prudential Financial, HealthSouth Corp., National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame, Inc. and Yankee Entertainment and Sports Network.

Additionally, Hanson is an active member of the investment committee of Hope College and the Board of Advisors of NYU School of Law Center for Real Estate. Hanson has a B.A. degree from Colgate University.
